Actuall the package I've used to install it is qmailanalog-installer.

debian:~/qmailanalog-web# dpkg -p qmailanalog-installer|grep -i Maintainer
Maintainer: Klaus Reimer <[email protected]>

As far as I can tell there's no such package in Debian.  What does
    dpkg -p qmailanalog | grep Maintainer:
