This is because the 2.30.0-1 version broke your system while trying to
install.
You can run the following fixup code:
update-alternatives --remove start-here-32.png
/usr/share/icons/gnome/32x32/places/debian-swirl.png
update-alternatives --remove start-here-32.png
/usr/share/icons/gnome/32x32/places/gnome-foot.png
update-alternatives --remove start-here-32.png
/usr/share/icons/gnome/32x32/places/swirl-foot.png
