Hi, I'm also affected by this bug. It doesn't happen all of the time, but very frequently. I haven't found out yet what is necessary for this to happen. What might be related (although I'm not sure) is that most of the time, newly opened windows (like when I start Iceweasel or open a new window in it) are not raised to the top, but stay behind the currently opened window (which did not occur in old versions). I'm running an up-to-date version of Debian squeeze.
