Bug#568195: fixed by upgrading python-central

[Delirium]

I had this same problem, but upgrading python-central from 0.6.11 to 
0.6.14+nmu2 allowed python2.6-minimal to subsequently install fine.

Should python2.6-minimal have a versioned depend of some sort on 
python-central? It currently doesn't depend on it at all, so maybe the 
upgrade fixing the install problem was an accidental side-effect of 
something else?
