/sbin/shorewall restart did.
But now I have removed ipv6.disable=1 from GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT
nd instead use:
net.ipv6.conf.all.disable_ipv6 = 1
net.ipv6.conf.default.disable_ipv6 = 1
net.ipv6.conf.lo.disable_ipv6 = 1
net.ipv6.conf.eth0.disable_ipv6 = 1
to disable ipv6.
That have solved the problem.
