Uhm, I don't see the sources including Xinerama.h, so I think the
proper action is to wait that #319305 gets fixed and then close this
bug.
Andreas, if you plan to file more FTBFS because of -lXinerama on
packages that build-depend on kdelibs4-dev or libqt3-mt-dev but don't
include Xinerama.h themselves, I'd be glad to hear why would be this
necessary.
