Hi J.M.Roth, I have not removed the "Administration Control Panel" link.
It simply isn't showing! I think user "admin" not properly permitted.Maybe the data schema file "/usr/share/phpbb3/schemas/schema_data.sql.gz" is incorrect or incomplete.
