Agreed.

So what I'm doing is in fact to retitle this bug so that the request is
to document what I've briefly detailed in this bug report, i.e. how to
proper use firestarter:

- which requirements are needed to start firestarter as user

- the fact that firestarter acts as a wizard and that only afterwards
  the firewall will be setup at boot time
