Package: cvs Version: 1:1.12.9-14 The manual page does not document the -B option to cvs tag.
This is something which broke some of my scripts when I upgraded from woody to sarge. I had to take the detour via Google to find out what was wrong. http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/info-cvs/2003-03/msg00100.html If the manual page can't be kept in sync with the info documentation, perhaps it would be safer to scrap the manual page entirely (or rather, replace it with a stub pointing to info). While there is a caveat at the top of the manual page, you often just search for the option or error message you need help with, and probably don't actually read warnings in headers or footers. /* era */ -- If this were a real .signature, it would suck less.
