Package: php-htmlpurifier
Version: 4.0.0-2
Severity: serious
Justification: no longer builds from source

php-htmlpurifier fails to build from source without Internet access,
trying to connect to htmlpurifier.org. From the build log:

>config-set succeeded
>No entry for terminal type "unknown";
>using dumb terminal settings.
>Discovering channel htmlpurifier.org over http:// failed with message:
>channel-add: Cannot open "http://htmlpurifier.org/channel.xml"; (Connection to
>`htmlpurifier.org:80' failed: php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed:
>Name or service not known)
>Trying to discover channel htmlpurifier.org over https:// instead
