If you're member of collab-maint,
git+ssh://git.debian.org/git/collab-maint/fortunes-debian-hints.git
else
git://git.debian.org/collab-maint/fortunes-debian-hints.git
(if you've any further problem with git, please keep it off-bugreport :))
