Transmission 1.90-1 will have the dependencies on libcanberra-dev and libgconf-dev removed to avoid pulling in gnome deps for a minor funcionality enhancement. I am currently considering building separate -gnome and -gtk versions, but this would incur in some significant changes to the package (it would probably need to be built twice), so it's not currently high in my TODO list.
