Package: libgimp2.0-dev
Version: 2.6.8-1
Severity: serious
Justification: Causes build-depending packages to FTBFS

GimpUI depends upon Gtk, but there's a missing dependency.

% grep gtk /usr/include/gimp-2.0/libgimp/*
/usr/include/gimp-2.0/libgimp/gimpui.h:#include <gtk/gtk.h>

% grep gtk /usr/lib/pkgconfig/gimpui-2.0.pc
Requires: gimp-2.0 >= 2.6 gtk+-2.0 >= 2.12.5

This causes gutenprint (at least) to FTBFS since it's missing headers
required to include gimpui.h. Since the gimp headers include gtk
headers, a direct dependency is required. It also breaks pkg-config
due to the missing Requires.

Thanks,
Roger
