Polish-language manual pages are hyphenated without regard to the
hyphenation rules. For an example, as of hex-a-hop 0.0.20070315-8, the
following command:

$ MANWIDTH=80 LC_MESSAGES=pl_PL.UTF-8 man hex-a-hop

hyphenates klaw-isz, but splitting a consonant+vowel cluster is not
allowed in Polish.

Please do not hyphenate words in languages groff doesn't know
hyphenation rules for.
