Yes, I noticed that in the build log; however, that's not the source of the
build failure here, and therefore not the source of the RC bug.  *If* it's
intended that kaptain use libXinerama on Debian, it's appropriate to add the
build-dependency; if kaptain's use of libXinerama is unimportant and just a
side effect of qt3's dependency on it, then there's no reason to add a
build-dependency.

Either way, the actual RCness there is induced by Qt, plus kaptain's current
use of libtool.
