Thanks for your report; however it's highly unlikely that issues of
this type are in the package failing to build; would you mind running:
grep -l libacl.la /usr/lib/*.la
in the build environment with build-deps installed? That should give
you a list of packages which need to be rebuilt now that the libacl.la
was dropped from its package.
