So I'm thinking about disabling linking to ffmpeg libraries explicitly.

Despite build-depending on libav*-dev, iulib doesn't link to ffmpeg libraries. While this is relatively easy to fix, I am not sure if it's worth effort: - OCRopus, the only package in Debian that links to the library, obviously doesn't need vidio; - probably no user needs vidio at all (at least nobody complained so far);
