This seems to work (i.e. compiles and starts up). Not sure if there is
anything that could still break here.

I tried to create a directory in 3rd/ for libatomic-ops-dev (It contains
a static library to should be linked in. I don’t get any errors, so it
seems the functions we use are implemented as macros, but it might be
required on other arches), but I could not get the Serna build system to
actually use the data in 3rd/libatomic-ops.pkg. I guess you can fix that
easily:

I’m not including this in the Debian package, it’s on a different branch
(libatomic-ops) in my git repository.
