Hi! * Philip Muskovac <yo...@gmx.net> [2010-01-24 15:18:58 CET]: > Please add a Menu item for Irssi that opens a Terminal and runs irssi. > > See: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/irssi/+bug/511912
But there is, /usr/share/menu/irssi, and it gets added to the (Debian) menu in Applications -> Network -> Communication. irssi doesn't has a freedesktop application file, maybe the regular menu system that mostly everything within Debian (still?) uses isn't enough for Ubuntu? I was told that installing menu-xdg will make the Debian menu subtree available, would that be sufficient for that user? Actually I'm not really convinced what to do here and I have no idea in what direction the discussions are currently waging, especially since they are still not finished from what I understand. Thanks for the forward though!! Rhonda -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact listmas...@lists.debian.org
