Here are some more options missing from the man page for libnss-ldap.conf:
use_sasl on
sasl_mech gssapi
These are necessary to get support for MIT Kerberos V working. The
only Kerberos option mentioned at the moment is:
krb5_ccname FILE:/etc/.ldapcache
Alone, this option is useless; it must be combined with use_sasl and
sasl_mech.
