Package: deluge
Version: 1.2.0~rc5-1
Severity: normal

If deluge configured to move completed files to different directory on
different partition, files after downloading (and even after seeding) not
removed from download directory.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Set "download to" to some directory (dir1)
2) Set "move completed to" other directory (dir2) [in my case it placed on
different volume]
3) Set stop seeding when share ration reaches (some value)
4) Download torrent and seed it
5) Check dir1 and dir2

File will be placed in both directories and will never removed by deluge from
dir1.
