Please note that you're the only one who is able to reproduce the problem (until now). On the other hand I don't know how many people meanwhile tried to reproduce it. Further it doesn't look like a broken installation. I guess there are no similar problems for other programs on that specific box, so we can rule out hardware issues, right?
