Still happens with awesome 3.4.2-3.  But if this is an awesome bug, why is only 
pycocuma affected?  I use the awesome key binding to quit lots of other X 
clients without any problem.

Would it be possible for pycocuma to save to file when I hit the "save" button, 
as seems logical, rather than at exit?
