Package: gnome-control-center Version: 1:2.28.1-1 Severity: wishlist It would be nice if the "blue man in the systray" would blink or change colors if one of the accessibility options becomes enabled. I'd think by changing colors you could show which options have been enabled using different colors.
The slowkeys had become accidentally enabled, and I thought that the keyboard had stopped responding and something was very wrong with my session. I didn't realize that they were enabled because I had closed the notification that was asking me if I wanted to enable the slowkeys. I thought by closing the window, it was like saying I didn't want the slowkeys enabled, but this was wrong (perhaps a different bug should be filed on that?). Visual notification of the option being enabled would have told me that I had turned the option on.
