Hi Unfortunately I still do not have an answer from Fedora's maintainer for esmtp for in case collaboration. In meantime I have updated esmtp package as QA upload, and requested updated translations for the debconf template [1]. First upload for esmtp 1.2-1 was sponsored by Gregor Herrmann (gregoa).
