I experience the exact same problem and have found a way to reproduce it
reliably:

  1. Do a search for e.g. “Naschkatze” in trans-de-en;

  2. Hover the mouse over the “+” sign in front of “sweet-tooth.”

The dialog should pop up.  It seems the error is triggered by the mouse
event handler, hence the apparent non-determinism.
