I just noticed that the order of those shortcuts can be configured on the gedit plugin menu. I don't remember ever having touched that, but maybe this resulted from some residual config generated by an old version of gedit-latex. After removing the ~/.gnome2/gedit/plugins/GeditLaTeXPlugin/ directory, I can have a consistent configuration on both computers.
Anyway, I noticed that when trying to reorder the commands, the configuration menu doesn't behave very well. Sometimes the commands don't react to clicking on "Up" and "Down". Other times, multiple commands are reordered when only one was selected... Maybe this strange reordering behaviour was related with the first bug reported here (?)... Regards, Pitxyoki
