Bug#561970: libdate-manip-perl: cannot be used in taint (-T) mode

Following up, it appears that the problem is that Date::Manip::TZ does not understand SystemV timezones as used by Debian. My /etc/timezone file contains: 

  SystemV/MST7MDT

Changing it to:

  America/Edmonton

fixes the insecure path taint error.
