Hi Andrew,
the authentication with PAM fails:
SQUID_PAM_check in drivers_squid_pam.php calls UpdateUserFromExternal
from auth-functions.php, which doesn't find sql_from_object() --
because
require_once("DataUpdate.php");
is called after "return(true)", if my PHP interpretation is correct.
The following change fixes the problem for me:
