Same problem here in testing after upgrading gnome-applets to 2.28.0-2. I'm unable to start the applet and I cannot add it to the panel using my default $USER. If I create a new TestUser with an empty configuration, I can add the applet to the panel but after trying add a note it crashes. Opening the preferences I can see that it's impossible modify the default width or height values (are locked with a zero). It's also impossible to close the preferences dialog with the "close" button. I can see the same problems in a sid instance running under virtualbox. >Any output in terminal if you launch panel-test-applets and then run it? in /avr/log/messages: stickynotes_app[3047]: segfault at 30 ip 0804dd38 sp bfa29a90 error 6 in stickynotes_applet[8048000+c000] Let me know if you need more informations TIA -- bye, alfredo -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
