JFYI. I've just NMU-ed libgpgme11 to enable gpgconf support. The upload has been done to DELAYED/2 and the nmudiff is at [1]; the patch is those by Sven Eckelmann at [2]. Testing is more than welcome, let me know if you could use the .deb I've built made available somewhere (I just have amd64 for the moment). Cheers.
