Without upstream blessing of this patch (which touches a part of Django
I know very little about), I don't think I can apply it here in Debian.
Please mail again when there is upstream movement on this (you are
presumably subscribed to that ticket) - we can look at this situation
again even if a patch has not hit a Django release.
