Actually, on a Debian system the real path is /usr/sbin/rmt, with a convenience wrapper script provided in /etc to allow interaction with clients on non-Debian systems that assume that path for rmt. I'm going to try setting that as the default. Anyone trying to use a Debian client against a non-Debian server is probably already feeding the path for rmt on their particular server type as an argument, anyway.
