I do not think there is much ratpoison can do against this. A program
is not supposed to take the focus itself, but put a raise request and
let the window manager do this. When I have some time I'll look if
there
is some way the window manager can even know something has changed.
Ah. I was under the (false) impression that window managers handle the
keyboard focus, too. This behaviour is very annoying, though. I
haven't run into offending programs other than those from mozilla, so
if you determine it is their fault, this bug can be re-filed against
them.
