Hi Vladimir [cc: François Marier]
I saw your bug report about rlwrap on the Debian Bug Tracking System. Thanks a lot for reporting it! As I am the rlwrap author, and as it doesn't really look like a Debian-specific problem I take the liberty of jumping in before François Could you please give me a bit more information about the bug: - A few examples of the kind of garbage that you get from rlwrap, and how you got it (i.e. command line, input actions leading up to the garbage) - The output of the following commands - which rlwrap - rlwrap -v - 'ldd $(which rlwrap)' - If possible, run rlwrap with 'strace -f -o rlwtrace rlwrap bconsole -n' until you get your garbage, then kill the process and mail me the resulting rlwtrace file? Thanks in advance!! Hans -- Hans Lub tel/fax +31 (0)30 2899249 Dolomieten 74 3524 VH Utrecht (Nederland) hanslu...@gmail.com
