Package: yorick-hdf5
Version: 0.6.1-2+b1
Severity: normal

Up to version 0.6.1, the ordering of array dimensions in the HDF5 plugin for Yorick is reversed relative to the file format standard.

The bug is solved upstream in later versions (upload pending).

A tool is provided to correct files generated with yorick-hdf5 <= 0.6.1:
 /usr/lib/yorick/bin/h5convert

Regards, Thibaut.
