Hello, I've just experienced it again, with Lenny's version of psi. While gpg was recalculating its trustdb, I started psi, and psi proceeded to throw away the key association and simply opened the connection.
I don't see what recalculation of the trustdb should have to do with selecting a key for a session, but if psi really can't just use the key in question, it should postpone the opening of the connection that requires the inaccessible key, and/or show an appropriate message to the user (eg. "declined to open XY because I can't access the key"), and only open the other connections.
