Is there some interest among the DDs in our team to sponsor this
upload? It fixes a long-standing RC-bug (that has just been filed,
though) and fixes the FTBFS with binutils-gold.

I've imported our current a52dec into GIT, applied all the changes that
were still waiting to be applied in SVN and fixed this bug by
explicitely linking against -lm.
