Why should README.Debian states *that* specific information?

README.Debian is normally meant to state "extra details or discrepancies
between the original package and [the] debianized version".

What I want to say is that it is not meant to replace upstream
documentation.

At least, it should be stated in upstream changelog, which I am sure you
carefully read on each upgrade...

Not as you first described it.

I will however keep it open (but tagged as wontfix)  as I think what you
want is a precise description of each test available in rkhunter.
