Package puppetmaster is missing the new "puppetqd" executable that is
available since Puppet 0.25. It's responsible for doing queuing of
Stored Configs along with a queueing daemon, necessary in larger setups.

It should probably be included along with an option /etc/default/puppet
to have it started automatically with puppetmaster on boot.
