The automatically created debian/copyright file could be more complete
in some cases. Specifically, when the license is one of those included
in /usr/share/common-licenses/, it is possible to automatically generate
a debian/copyright similar to:

   You are free to distribute this software under the terms of the GNU
   General Public License. On Debian systems, the complete text of the
   GNU General Public License can be found in the file
   `/usr/share/common-licenses/GPL'.

This would be better than the current contents, which in one case for me
is:

   lgpl
