Please do. I have not yet had a problem like this in exporting a PDF.
PS: IIRC the 128TB requested are some kind of limit of AMD64, aren't they? If it helps I can also try to reproduce the bug at home with an 32-bit i386 System.
I have not tried on amd64 very much but it would help if you couls confirm whether it fails on a 32 bit system too.
