Sorry for the delay. The new upstream tarball (http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/csound/csound-4.23f13gbs.0.tar.gz?download) does not include OSC-Kit, so I am closing this bug with the next upload. However, I have looked at the situation and I agree we can include OSC-Kit, and I welcome patches to put it back in.
