Some mounths ago these scripts worked perfectly Script 1 xrandr --addmode VGA 1920x1200 xrandr --output VGA --mode 1920x1200 --right-of LVDS Script 2 xrandr --addmode VGA 1680x1050 xrandr --output VGA --mode 1680x1050 --right-of LVDS Now I have the following problem. When one of these script is executed, the laptop monitor and the external one change from black to some images... they are constantly changing between colored screen and black screen.
