This bug had been fixed before the 6.2.5 release and can be closed. The news file that shipped with 6.2.5 was wrong, and claimed Matthew Gregan's fix had closed Debian bug #207919. In fact, the fix had closed this bug (#212484) and #207919 persisted in 6.2.5 (it will be fixed in 6.2.6-pre5 though).
