Package: readahead Version: 1:1.20060421.1016-7 Severity: wishlist It would be nice if readahead-list could show some kind of progress indicator during profiled boots, even if it is only a rotating dash to show that it is still working. I have a 2.5" hard disk in my desktop that is unhearable, and seeing the "Preparing to profile boot sequence (second stage)..." message for two minutes tends to make me a bit nervous whether the boot process might have hung up completely.
