Scanned images are stored in /tmp, but when you clear the list of images in gscan2pdf they are not removed. This results that /tmp will be full somewhere in the future and the application will starts to generate error-dialogs. Maybe the action "Clear all pages" in the interface can also remove the images from /tmp directly or after a certain amount of actions.
