OK, so you got a crash.... The information we have is not enough to investigate and we also need to decide if it's worth it. Are these crashes frequent or was this the only one you got? If they are frequent, can you install the samba-dbg package and report the crash trace if you get one after installing this package (there should be more information, then). You report mentions version 3.3.1 of samba. Is this really the version you use? If so, are you in position to install the package from unstable (3.4.2)?
