Thanks for your report. Unfortunately I cannot reproduce the bug with my iPod 5.5G. Which model are you experiencing this problem with? Can you please try with the new podsleuth that just migrated to testing? Also try restarting your hald if you haven't already.
Downgrading the bug to important as podsleuth is not broken for everybody.
