Hello,
Running checkrestart I get this:
# checkrestart
Found 1 processes using old versions of upgraded files
(1 distinct program)
(1 distinct packages)
These processes do not seem to have an associated init script to restart them:

15952 /usr/lib/xulrunner-1.9/xulrunner-stub
This system has been restarted several times since xulrunner-1.9 was upgraded
and I also checked the file myself and even reinstalled xulrunner-1.9 with dpkg
-i
$ ls -l /usr/lib/xulrunner-1.9/xulrunner-stub
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 36152 2009-09-10 12:10
/usr/lib/xulrunner-1.9/xulrunner-stub
